Микрофинансовая организация «BIZNES FINANS» функционирующая на основе Лицензии Центрального банка Республики Узбекистан №46 от 22 апреля 2017 года, осуществляет свою деятельность согласно закона Республики Узбекистан «О небанковских кредитных организациях и микрофинансовой деятельности» №ЗРУ-765 от 20.04.2022 года. За короткий период существования наша компания значительно увеличила свой географический охват. Теперь нашей услугой можно воспользоваться во всех областях Республики. На сегодняшний день в нашей компании обслуживается более 50 тысяч клиентов. Однако не только количество имеет значение, именно поэтому мы уделяем большое внимание улучшению качества обслуживания и сервиса, предоставляемого клиентам. Было проведено множество мероприятий и тренингов для сотрудников. Также большое внимание в этом году, компания уделила социально значимым продуктам по низким процентным ставкам и благотворительности.
The main goal of the new Strategy is to reach a new level of competitiveness and expand branch networks, making it possible to compete not only with internal, but also with external competitors, as well as with global technology companies, while remaining the best MFO for the population and business. Our key goal is to scale up the business, increase profitability and efficiency, while increasing flexibility, speed and focus on customer through the introduction of new technologies and development of new skills of our employees.
As strategic directions of our development, we have chosen the creation of new products, improvement of customer experience and ensuring technological leadership within the country, as well as the development of the MFO team. We believe that consistent work in these areas will allow us to innovate our activities, meet most needs of our customers and, ultimately, improve operating and financial results.
